* Registration will ONLY be accepted upon receipt of the registration form and appropriate full payment in US dollars or NT dollars.

* Registration forms without payment will not be accepted.

* Students must submit proof of status with registration form.

* Exchange Rate: Approx. NT$35 to US$1

* Pre-registered participants must present at the registration desk upon arrival at the Symposium to receive printed materials needed for the conference.

Registration Fee Entitles Participants to


* Attendance to all scientific sessions, poster session.

* Daily coffee/tea breaks and lunch coupons of NT$300.

* Opening ceremony, welcome reception, lunch, coffee/tea break and free tour in the afternoon of  Nov. 5, 2003.

Method of Payment  

1.        Payment is ONLY accepted by credit card and in US dollars or NT dollars.

2.        Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms.  No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

3.        Do not pay your fees by direct transfer.  Please kindly contact the Secretariat  for advice if you have any difficulty or questions regarding registration.
